I have just come across a number of great directories. I sometimes like directories better when you do not entirely know what you are looking for. The logical structure of a directory can help you organize your thoughts… or inspire you to look places you would otherwise not have thought of! Also, I like that directories usually have  checked the website before. So you feel you can better trust the companies in the directories and the likelihood of them containing a virus is very low.

So the following are the ones, I have been using lately.

Topspot Directory offers links to most categories. I especially like the “Gift”-section and obviously the “education”-section.

World Web Resource – great link collection

OneWorld365 – huge link collection related to going abroad
